We take pride in our track record of customer satisfaction; however, we respect our customers’ needs for a clear refund and exchange process. Please review our guidelines below:
Order Cancellation
Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.
After 3 Days: If an order is canceled after 3 days but before shipping, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Condition: The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Tags: All original tags must remain attached to the product.
Timeframe: Sizing issues or defects must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
Sizing and Custom Orders
Standard Sizing: If your order does not fit, you may request a replacement. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange.
Customer Error: If the wrong size or color was selected by the customer during checkout, the company is not responsible for a refund or exchange.
Custom Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products. Please ensure all measurements and details provided are precise.
Sale and Discounted Items
Final Sale: All discounted or sale items are considered “Final Sale.” These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, Zed Leather Jackets will accept a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery at no additional cost to you.
Important Considerations
Additional Charges: Zed Leather Jackets does not charge hidden fees. However, as an international online retailer, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and local customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Fees: Except in cases of company error (defective products), all shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be borne by the customer.
